Working with Head of Marketing Helen Baker, Jos has provided Interim internal communications leadership for the business incorporating a strategic review and recommendation of a new strategy and plan for internal communications, plus development and delivery of a comms plan for MotoNovo’s integration with Aldermore Bank.
Client: Comic Relief
An internal communications review for this high profile charity. This was a low cost project and a great example of how we can deliver a strategic internal communications review in a few days and provide some robust recommendations for a new strategy and plan. The review delivered by Jos included employee workshops and senior stakeholder interviews, plus additional support for recruitment and selection of a permanent Internal Comms & Engagement Manager.
