MotoNovo Finance

Client: MotoNovo Finance

A ten month assignment for one of the UK’s leading motor finance providers.  Working with Head of Marketing Helen Baker, Jos has provided Interim internal communications leadership for the business incorporating a strategic review and recommendation of a new strategy and plan for internal communications, plus development and delivery of a comms plan for MotoNovo’s integration with Aldermore Bank.

Comic Relief

Client: Comic Relief

An internal communications review for this high profile charity. This was a low cost project and a great example of how we can deliver a strategic internal communications review in a few days and provide some robust recommendations for a new strategy and plan. The review delivered by Jos included employee workshops and senior stakeholder interviews, plus additional support for recruitment and selection of a permanent Internal Comms & Engagement Manager.

M&G Prudential

Client: M&G Prudential

An assignment to provide internal communications for the Finance division of M&G Prudential in support of their transformation. ICT Associate Sue Barratt has delivered this assignment which has involved developing and delivering a comprehensive internal communications strategy and plan for the division, working closely with the Finance Executive team and the Group internal communications team.
