We are all true internal communication specialists, with many years experience of helping a wide variety of companies in the UK and beyond. We’ve all got in-house experience, and between us we’ve managed internal communications for a large number of organisations in the private and public sectors. We can bring to you expert, flexible and practical hands on communications delivery.

Value for money

We believe in delivering exceptional results that represent value for money. Our Bristol base avoids many of the overheads you get with larger agencies, but we all have easy access to London and the other major cities in the UK, together with great airport links if you need us internationally.

Our charges

Our charges are competitive and transparent. We charge a day rate for our services, which varies according to which member of the team is supporting you. This gives you complete control over how you use us and for how long. There’s no contract or minimum term and no hidden fees.

Our team

We are a team of experienced internal communications specialists with over a hundred combined years of experience!

ICT Owner and senior internal communications leader Jos Harrison and office and marketing manager Amanda Davis-Harrison work with a team of highly rated, trusted associates and our recruitment partner Quentin Cowdry of Libero Consulting.

Typically around 3 associates are active with us delivering internal communications for ICT clients or in the case of Quentin, working with us to source internal comms talent for FTC roles.

With strong career track records in some of the UK’s best known companies, we all have excellent general internal communications management experience. Alongside this, we each have our own areas of specialism and expertise.

Whether we’re with you for a couple of weeks or for a much longer assignment, we always get great feedback on how quickly we fit into your teams, understand the business context and start delivering.
