Close Brothers Motor Finance
A two part assignment by ICT Principal Jos Harrison for leading motor finance provider Close Brothers Motor Finance in 2020 who needed communications to support the culture change they were driving in Sales through a major transformation programme. They wanted a communications plan which would make sense of an evolving transformation and visualise the journey – where sales was, where it would be when the transformation was complete, and how they’d get there – and that would ensure Sales colleagues stayed engaged throughout the journey
Jos Harrison developed the communications plan including an authentic, compelling story for the programme with rationale, vision, journey and clear plan with the major milestones, with a strong focus on sales team experience and development. Jos then brought this story to life and made it easily consumable with creative collateral including a doodle video and e-brochure. It was launched in a way that pressed the reset button, giving people clarity on the sales transformation journey, where they had got to, what was still to come and what it meant for everyone in Sales.
Part two of the assignment in 2021 is supporting the switch-on of Chatter the conversations platform within SalesForce to enable an ongoing online conversation to continue on the transformation journey as well as enhancing sales collaboration and adoption of SalesForce. Jos has developed a communications plan and key collateral for the launch.
