An internal communications review for this leading motor finance provider. The business had implemented a best practice internal comms structure following a previous audit but wanted another independent review to see how the structure was working. This was the first process to gather views on current effectiveness of communications from all levels and locations via survey and workshops. Jos delivered the review in 10 days, providing a report with a series of recommendations on channel changes and improvements which are being implemented in 2020 with Jos’s support. Jos also delivered a session on the review results at a leaders’ event, engaging them in their communication role, with follow up workshops planned to support leaders who want to develop their communication effectiveness.
