Close Brothers Premium Finance work with over 1,600 brokers across their 2,000+ offices to help 3 million businesses and customers across the UK and Ireland spread the cost of their insurance policy. The assignment was an internal comms audit delivered by ICT Principal Jos Harrison in the second quarter of 2021 during the second UK lockdown. Leadership changes, new ways of working and supporting colleagues through return to office meant it was more important than ever to optimize colleague communications and engagement over the coming year.
Working closely with Retail Marketing Director Jill Hood and the Marketing and Communications team in Premium, Jos used the tried and trusted ICT review process including analysis of existing employee feedback data, workshops with members of Premium’s ‘Good to Great’ teams, interviews with key stakeholders and a review and assessment of existing channels. Jos provided a detailed report with feedback results, conclusions and a set of key recommendations for consideration by the business. Planning is ongoing for implementation of the recommendations.
