A 6 month assignment providing internal communications leadership for this high profile charity. ICT principal Jos Harrison has delivered this assignment following an internal communications review completed for Comic Relief in early 2019. Jos has implemented new channels, reinvigorated use of Facebook Workplace, worked with the Head of People & Culture to deliver a first full employee survey, engaged the leadership group in their communication accountabilities, and developed a rhythm and drumbeat to face to face communications.
