DAS Legal Expenses Insurance
This is an assignment delivered by ICT Principal Jos Harrison in the second half of 2020 and in to 2021 supporting some major change at DAS. This change centres around a major move to a new office in Bristol with a dramatically improved working environment and associated changes around flexible working and new IT to enable a new way of working. Jos worked closely with Group Director of HR & Legal Services Kate Banks and her team especially the Internal Comms Manager Maxine Moustrides.
Jos developed an internal communications strategy and plan for the changes and then delivered key elements including content for regular channels, a new intranet site, a digital Guide to the new office to warm employees up for the move and what it would mean for them, and a Welcome Pack to help people find their way round the new office when they moved in. All communications had to take into account the COVID-19 situation which as the project continued had a significant impact.
The Client View
“Jos provided us with some specialist support during 2020/21 to help us through a major peak for our internal communications, working closely with our Internal Communications Manager Maxine Moustrides. He developed an internal communications strategy and plan for the move to our new headquarters in Bristol which incorporated a new approach to flexible working, and then delivered key elements of the plan including content for a new intranet site on the move, a Guide to the new office and new way of working, and materials to communicate the flexible working guidelines. Finally he also worked with Maxine to refresh and improve our monthly leaders’ channel, designed to engage them in key business issues and enabling them to so the same with their teams. Jos’s expertise and experience has made a real difference.”
