This was a low cost project and a great example of how we can deliver a strategic internal communications review in a few days and provide some robust recommendations for a new strategy and plan. The review delivered by Jos included employee workshops and senior stakeholder interviews, plus additional support for recruitment and selection of a permanent Internal Comms & Engagement Manager.
